Every three to four years, we launch two 12-month rigorous trainee programs to recruit the best and brightest new graduates into the company, namely StarTECH and StarFAST programs. These two programs aim to accelerate the development of new talent to be skilled professionals in the Indonesian geothermal industry. Participants will be exposed to training sessions and mentoring which cover various topics as well as on-the-job training.

For newly graduated engineers and geoscientists, a comprehensive technical training program is available through StarTECH. This program allows them to apply their technical knowledge within the company’s three geothermal assets.

In Finance and strategy, our StarFAST program provides university graduates from the best business and management programs with the opportunity to learn through various functions such as strategic planning, corporate budgeting, treasury and capital management, financial reporting, and business development.
